We operate a fleet of four specialized liquid cargo barges — M.T. Tara, M.T. Maya, M.T. Karma-II , and M.T. Raj Deep — dedicated to lighterage of liquid bulk cargoes such as chemicals, lube-base oils, and edible oils from mother vessels at anchorage to designated discharge locations.
Raj Shipping maintains the largest specialized lighterage capacity in Mumbai Port and is the only operator with a fleet vetted and approved by EXXONMOBIL and SHELL under the OCIMF SIRE Inspection Program. Our recently acquired self-propelled barges, M.T. Karma-II, M.T. Tara, and M.T. Maya, represent the largest vessels operating in this segment, ensuring efficient and compliant cargo transfer operations.
We can supply fuel and fresh water directly to rigs and offshore platforms, and we are the only barge operators capable of delivering directly to Mumbai High, the offshore oil and gas fields operated by ONGCL.
